Pertama-tama kita definisikan terlebih dahulu variabelnya:

1.Dibaris pertama kita masukkan di kolom : Name :acara_tv,Type : numeric,Width :1, Decimal:0
   Value : klik kotak kecil disebelah kanan. Akan muncul kotak seperti ini :
 Pada value kita isikan no 1 dengan label berita stv. Kita lakukan berulang-ulang hingga value=4   dengan label sinetron otv
2. Pada baris 2 kita masukkan name: jumlah, type:numeric,width:8,decimal:0,value:none
   Akan tampak seperti ini :






Kita klik data view
·         Di kolom 1 pada baris acara tv kita ketik 1
·         Di kolom 2 pada baris acara tv kita ketik 2
·         Di kolom 3 pada baris acara tv kita ketik 3
·         Di kolom 4 pada baris acara tv kita ketik 4
Sebelum kita mengisi kolom di baris jumlah, kita klik data lalu weigth cases. Akan muncul kotak seperti ini :
